She founded a company in Oklahoma to implement patented technologies for extracting iodine, bromine, lithium, and other elements from underground and associated water from oil and gas fields.
These solutions combine industrial efficiency and environmental responsibility, enabling water purification, resource recovery, and reduced environmental impact.
Dr. Neumann holds multiple patents in advanced water processing and the production of high-purity iodine and iodine derivatives: US 11040879, US 10918990, US 10918969, and US 10744481.

Sergey Gumenyuk
Sergey Gumenyuk is Project Director of the iodine plant construction in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.
The production facility is based on air-desorption technology.
During construction he establishes high standards of industrial safety and quality control.
He previously worked in the production of specialized stainless steel and titanium chemical equipment and has extensive experience in manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of chemical plants.
